Izhevsk Airport enhances operations with "Neolabs" solutions
Izhevsk Airport, located in the capital of Udmurtia—a city widely renowned as a center of Russian engineering and the birthplace of the legendary Kalashnikov rifle—has taken a significant step towards enhancing its operational efficiency and security. This has been made possible by the successful implementation of a suite of advanced software products from "Neolabs".
As part of this modernization, three key systems have been integrated:
"AIST"- Common Use Passenger Processing System: A unified passenger terminal system that allows any airline to operate at check-in counters and boarding gates using any AEA-compliant equipment.
“Special Control”-PAX-Control: Ensures security and a seamless passenger journey from the airport entrance to boarding the aircraft using an electronic boarding pass.
"VESTNIK"- Passenger information system : The voice and face of the airport, creating a comfortable environment for passengers through precise visual and audio announcements.
The implementation of these solutions will enable Izhevsk Airport to significantly accelerate routine operations, minimize human error, and offer passengers a more comfortable and secure experience. Process automation contributes to an overall increase in service quality and compliance with modern aviation industry requirements, demonstrating the city's commitment to innovation not only in the industrial sector but also in the transport sector.
