Our Special Control system for multi-factor passenger document and data verification and mobile boarding pass management has gone live at Baikal International Airport – the air gateway to Ulan-Ude, the capital of the Republic of Buryatia.
Great news for those who use the airport's services: passengers on domestic flights can now use electronic boarding passes, making pre-flight procedures faster and more comfortable.
To get an electronic boarding pass, passengers simply need to check in online. Then, when going through security control and for boarding, they just show the pass on their smartphone screen. For comparison: previously, passengers were required to present a paper ticket at the screening area (for stamping) and then again at the aircraft gate.
Thank you to Baikal Airport for your trust and cooperation, and we wish all passengers traveling through this air gateway happy flights!
