Passengers on domestic flights at Tomsk International Airport can now use electronic boarding passes — the airport has implemented our "Special Control" system for multi-factor passenger document and data verification and mobile boarding pass management.*
The implementation of "Special Control" is a prime example of our successful and well-coordinated teamwork with our colleagues at the airport. Moreover, it's excellent news for passengers: going through pre-flight procedures has now become faster and more comfortable.
To obtain an electronic boarding pass, passengers simply need to check in for their flight online. Then, when going through security control and for boarding, they just show the pass on their smartphone screen. Previously, passengers were required to present a paper ticket both at the screening area (for stamping by airport staff) and at the aircraft gate.

*The service is designed for passengers with carry-on luggage only — passengers with checked baggage still need to proceed to the check-in counter.
