"Sirena-Travel" and "Neolabs", both developers and providers of software products for the aviation industry, have joined forces to facilitate the transition of Russian airlines and airports to domestically developed software. The companies have entered into a cooperation agreement aimed at implementing the import substitution program for foreign software within the civil aviation sector.
The agreement will not only provide comprehensive support for mutual efforts to transition Russian airlines and airports to domestic software products while maintaining high standards of passenger service, but will also offer market participants new, enhanced functional capabilities. These Russian software solutions are also available for implementation at airports and by airlines in neighboring countries.
Deepening collaboration between the development companies opens up broad opportunities for improving the quality of services realized within software products, believes Alexander Semchenko, CEO of Neolabs: "By creating a full-scale testbed, gaining early access to new versions of the Astra DCS software used by Russia's largest airlines, and developing new functionality together with our colleagues, we can significantly reduce the 'time to market' metric — critical for our clients — regarding the release of new versions of our products, while ensuring more optimal and extensive functionality."
